Through bodywork I teach individuals how to connect with their innate potential. My intention for any client is to guide them towards unleashing and harnessing their unique potential and personal power, through the transformation of old, unwanted, emotional and behavioral patterns that have manifested in their mind and body in a limiting way.
Over the years I’ve worked and studied somatic bodywork and meditation techniques around the world. I offer one-on-one and group sessions in many major cities and am currently based in Amsterdam.
